Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During major drops or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide where carriers support delivery. If your country or address is not available at checkout, it may be temporarily unsupported by the carrier.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected service, and package weight/size.

Free Shipping
If a free-shipping offer is active, it will be shown at checkout and applied automatically when your order meets the minimum threshold.

Delivery Timeframes (Estimate)
Delivery times begin after your order ships (not when it’s placed). Estimates vary by destination and carrier. Typical estimates include:

  • Local/Regional: 2–7 business days

  • International: 5–21 business days
    These are estimates only and can be affected by customs, weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email and/or SMS. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees determined by your country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If a package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it, please check around your delivery location and with your local carrier first. If you still can’t locate it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can assist.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the packaging and item(s)
    We’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
